Reservation Policy:

We understand that there are many exciting things to see and do on your Alaskan adventure and plans do change. Therefore if you give us a 48 hour notice, we will be more than happy to change the dates of your reservation subject to availability for FREE.

Terms & Conditions

- 100% deposit for a confirmed reservation by Credit Card or Check.
- Full refund for cancellations made 30 days before your reservation.
- 50% refund for cancellations made less than 30 day days before your reservation.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your reservation or for early checkouts.
- All refunds incur a $20 processing fee and are by company check.
- Check-in required by 7pm or notify us in advance of your late arrival or your reservation may be released to other guests and you will be charged for the entire reservation.
- Check-in is 1pm. Early check-in's are welcome.
- Check-out is 11am. Extended check-out is available.
